xiang guangda, the chairman of tsingshan’s the board of directors, held a senior management meeting at the headquarters building of tsingshan, announcing that tsingtuo will implement an independent operation in 2019. the young independent operation and management team consists of jiang haihong, xiang bingxue, feng shaode, he congzhen, xiang bingqing, jiang laizhu, xing guiping, yang liyong, shen hui, he jixiu and sun yongwei, which are all from tsingtuo.
xiang pointed out, 2018 has been the 40th anniversary of chinese economic reform and open up, as well as the 30th anniversary of tsingshan. have experienced three entrepreneurial periods, tsingshan has been adhered to the spirit of innovation and exploring effective business management method since the beginning of its establishment. the management adjustment of tsingtuo aimed to enable the younger generation who the potential and desire to achieve to embark on the road of independent start-up, and encourage them to develop the vitality of the younger generation and follow their own thoughts and ideas to tap into their subjective initiative and creativity. the management team of tsingtuo would have more rights and carry more responsibilities. the board of directors would no longer independently direct one of the specific developments for tsingtuo. the management team would independently consider and plan the future development direction of tsingtuo.” jiang haihong said at the meeting, “this management adjustment is a great challenge. i will lead the management team andtry our best to operate the business of tsingtuo better.”
